If the software program is installed, you can find the serial number in the "About Writer’s Blocks" section in the Writer’s Blocks Help menu. If you have a boxed product, you can also find your serial number on the inside cover of the manual or on the registration card that came in the package. If you've registered your product, Ashley Software can look up the serial number for you if you e-mail us. If you've registered your product, Ashley Software can look up the serial number for you if you amyl us. Ashley Software can provide you with a new serial number if you send us proof of purchase (copy of a commercial invoice or receipt or CD).
How can I report a bug in the application or an error in the documentation?
Please submit bug reports, documentation errors, and feature requests through our Suggestion and Bug Report online form. Our software engineers review these reports and do their best to address these requests in the next product release cycle.
How can I get help using Writer’s Blocks 4?
A tutorial file is installed during the installation of Writer's Blocks 4. The tutorial is a Writer's Blocks document that steps through the basic functions of Writer's Blocks 4. The Writer's Blocks 4 User Guide describes all of the functions of Writer's Blocks. If the tutorial and User Guide do not answer your questions, registered users are eligible for free e-mail technical support.
Can I install my copy of Writer’s Blocks 4 on my notebook computer or my work computer for my exclusive personal use?
